Requirements
for Rally Participation
- You
must be a member in good
standing with RHPC
-
You are expected to attend all practices. If you are unable
to attend a practice, you may request an excused absence by
sending email (no phone calls, please) to the rally parent at
least one week prior to the practice. If you cannot attend
at least two practices, you will not be able to participate
in the rally. Allowances will be made for members
away in college.
-
Parents are expected to be available to help before, during
and after the rally. We expect you to help with arena and jump
setups, jump crew, and volunteering on rally day.
-
New 2008 Policy!
For
overnight rallies, including championships, at least one parent
for each pony clubber is
required to be present during the rally. The only
exception to this rule is for pony clubbers of 18 years of age
or older.
