RHPC Member in Good Standing Policy

A member in good standing:
- Is a paid and current member
- Has paperwork complete - medical & activity releases and coggins in clubs' possession
- Regularly participates in club mounted meetings, unmounted meetings, education groups, rallies and volunteer activities (parents' and kids'), etc. Participation allowances will be made for members who are away at college.
- Behaves and has parents who behave in a manner that is consistent with the USPC Code of Conduct (shown below)

USPC CODE OF CONDUCT

USPC is proud of its reputation for good sportsmanship, horsemanship, teamwork and well-behaved members. The USPC and the organizers and officials of USPC Activities/Rallies expect appropriate behavior from all competitors, parent(s) and others participating in any USPC Activity/Rally.

Inappropriate behavior is, but not limited to:

• Possession, use, or distribution of any illegal drugs or alcohol
• Assault
• Profanity, vulgar language or gestures
• Harassment – using words or actions that intimidate, threaten or persecute others
• Cheating
