Requirements for Rally Participation

  • Pony clubbers must be a member in good standing with RHPC.
  • Each Rally will be organized by one parent volunteer.  Each Rally will have an entry deadline.  Entries, fees and paperwork will be requried prior to the deadline in order for the rider to participate.  Late requests to participate are at the discretion of  the DC.
  • In order to be prepared for Rally, the Rally parent will schedule practices.  Participants are encouraged to attend as many practices as possible, but must attend at least two in order to participate in the rally. Allowances will be made for members away in college.
  • Rallies need lots of help.  Parents of participants are expected to be available to help before and during the rally.
  • For overnight rallies, including championships, at least one parent for each pony clubber is required to be present during the rally. The only exception is for pony clubbers 18 years of age or older.
